New Development tools for 56800/E family from Freescale

Cosmic Software announces immediate availability of 56800/E "microcontroller+DSP" development tools. The toolchain features a C compiler specifically extended to handle efficiently the DSP functions

Cosmic Software releases the latest version of ZAP BDM with a new look along with several enhancements including:
integrated support for P&E Microcomputer System's new BD BDM Rev B cables with fast USB 2,0 for faster programming and debugging.
Automatic Firmware updates
New tabbed Project window for easy access to source files, functions and variables
Enhanced real-time variables and memory features allow you to monitor and update data during program execution.
Available for HCS08, HC12, HCS12 and HCS12X/XGATE.
New Cosmic S12X and XGATE development tools add support for New mask set L15Y
April 2005
Cosmic Software releases the latest version of their development tools for the Freescale S12X and XGATE family of microcontrollers. This new version provides additional support for the new and improved maskset L15Y. This new maskset provides several enhancements to the core and peripherals including an expanded on-chip RAM, improved instruction and register set. New Development tools for S12X and XGATE from Freescale (Motorola)

Cosmic Software announces immediate availability of S12X and XGATE development tools. The new toolchain, available standalone or
as an upgrade to existing HC12/HCS12 toolchains from Cosmic, features two integrated C compilers (one for the S12X and one for the XGATE)
with synchronisation control and a multi-core version of the ZAP debugger, capable of debugging an application using both cores, in simulation mode or via the BDM interface.
